I'm Matt. I started Golden Bristle in 2015, and I've spent the decade since coaching founders, executives, and coaches — and training coaches to do deeper work. I wrote a book about it. In 2021, I stepped in as CEO of a small company and ran it full-time, where I made just about every mistake there is to make. Both seats changed how I coach.
I live in Dexter, Michigan, just outside Ann Arbor, with my wife Kristen and our daughter Opal. I'm committed to this place — and I work with people everywhere.
